Accessing the Positive Response Screen
From the main navigation, select Positive Response. The page displays a list of open tickets requiring a response. Each row includes details such as:
- Ticket # and Revision – identifies the locate request.
- Member and Facility – which utility or asset the response applies to.
- Work At – the scheduled date and time for excavation.
- Response – current status (e.g., response code, Late, Active).
- Who Responded and When – audit trail of submission activity.
- Response Due – deadline for completing the response.
- Attachments/Map – links to any related documentation or GIS data.
