We’ve released DIG LOGiX v5.3.0. This update enhances ticket visibility across all entry points, introduces a redesigned member response view, and resolves notification delivery issues—so your users stay fully informed.
What’s new
1.Ticket Visibility Across All Entry Points (DL-1979)
We have confirmed that all eligible tickets created via DIG LOGiX, CENTER LOGiX Ticket Entry, and the CENTER LOGiX API is working as intended—once your excavator company and associated user accounts are set up in DIG LOGiX. From that point forward, tickets linked to your company and users will automatically appear in your dashboard
- We’ve overhauled the Ticket Details page:
- Unified table view: All responses from every revision appear together.
- Status pills:
Pending (orange): awaiting response, deadline not passed
Responded (green): member response received
Late (red): past due, no response received
Mobile-friendly layout that converts to cards on smaller screens.
Improved traceability without switching between revisions.
3. Notification Delivery Resolved (DL-1992)
We fixed an intermittent issue that prevented some users from receiving email or in-app notifications. Notifications now deliver reliably so you never miss critical updates.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. These improvements are live.
