CENTER LOGiX is the first unified, cloud-based platform purpose-built for 811 centers to streamline excavation ticketing, facility management, and compliance. By connecting caller data, organizations, and ticketing in one system, it eliminates duplication, reduces errors, and accelerates workflows.

Facility versioning - Upload, version, compare, and edit polygons with built-in tools to keep service areas accurate and traceable.
Flexible delivery - Each code can have multiple delivery destinations, and unlike Newtin, you are no longer limited to just one primary and one alternate destination. Multiple parallel destinations can be configured as needed.
Advanced tools like AI-powered INSiGHT Assistant - This feature allows you to ask questions about your ticket data in plain language and receive charts, lists, or written explanations in response.
Query Builder - This feature allows users to extract and download structured data directly from the system.
Seamless DiG LOGiX integration - Extended applications for ticket self-service, revisions, response checking, and professional excavator management.
Do I need to download anything to use the software?
No installation or downloading required, our software is accessed through a web browser.
How do I sign in?
Navigate to the CENTER LOGiX login page NC811.centerlogix.com. Enter your email address and password. Select Keep Me Signed In (Optional) to reduce login prompts on trusted devices. Click Sign In.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password or your account becomes locked, use the password recovery workflow. On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address. CENTER LOGiX will send a password reset link to your email. Check spam/junk if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Where can I find the Knowledge Base (internal documentation) within the software?
Yes! Our customer support portal gives you access to knowledge base articles, FAQ’s, release notes, and training videos. Visit this link: norfield.freshdesk.com

You will have access to our customer support portal where you can raise a new feature request, technical support request or report a bug.
