1. Improved Ticket Actions Page (DL-1980)
We’ve refreshed the Ticket Actions experience to make it easier for homeowners and professional excavators to find the right option quickly.
Key Enhancements:
Clear new messaging to guide homeowners and professional excavators to the right workflow
Updated titles, button labels, and instructional text for easier navigation
All blue text links are now clickable to improve routing to Sign Up / Sign In pages
Updated button names for clarity (e.g., Start Ticket, Revise Ticket, Check Positive Response)
Improved descriptions and layout spacing for better readability
A bullet list has been added under Revise a Ticket showing supported revision types:
• 3 Hour
• Destroyed Marks
• Cancel
• Update
These updates make it faster to start a new ticket, revise an existing one, or check status — with less confusion and fewer clicks.
2. Faster Workflow: Check Multiple Ticket Responses Without Going Back (DL-1981)
No more navigating back to the Ticket Actions page to check another ticket response.
What’s improved:
You can now enter a new ticket number directly on the Positive Response Status page
Press Enter or click to search, and the latest revision will load instantly
Built-in error message appears if a ticket number is invalid
This change removes unnecessary steps and helps users check responses for multiple tickets more efficiently.
3. Updated Plan Names (DL-1985)
We’ve simplified the DIG LOGiX plan names to make them easier to understand.
The new plan names are now displayed across the Sign-Up experience:
Free
Premium
Pro
Pro Plus
4. New Version Update Banner — Stay on the Latest Version (DL-1990)
To ensure the best performance and latest features, DIG LOGiX now alerts you when a new version is available.
How it works:
A yellow banner will appear at the top of DIG LOGiX when an update is available
Banner message: “A new version of DIG LOGiX is available. Click to update and continue.”
Click Update Now to refresh and apply the latest version
Banner disappears once updated
This ensures all users are running the most secure and up-to-date experience.
