Enhancement: Response Status → Overview Panel Improvements
DIG LOGiX v5.2.0 introduces a redesigned Overview panel on the Response Status page, surfacing critical operational information directly in context to reduce navigation friction and improve field readiness. Users can now quickly access county notification rules, reference prior ticket revisions, and contact on-site personnel without leaving the page.
Scope of Enhancement — New Fields Added
Previous Revision Reference
Label: Previous Revision: {Ticket #}
Displays only when a prior revision exists.
Clicking the link opens the Ticket Details view for the referenced revision in the current UI flow.
Damage Notification Link
Label: Damage Notification Info

Styling aligns with existing outbound-link conventions (underline and hover state).
Site Contact Information
Fields: Site Contact Name and Site Contact Phone
Data pulled from the same metadata fields used during ticket entry.
Phone number rendered as a click-to-dial (tel:) link:
Mobile: Opens native dialer
Desktop: Launches default calling app or copy/prompt fallback
If data missing → displays “Not provided” (no link rendered).
Remarks Field
Label: Remarks:
Displays the full content of the ticket’s remarks metadata.
Read-only text (no inline editing).

This enhancement provides users and field teams with faster access to essential information, reducing page navigation, improving situational awareness, and supporting more efficient response workflows.
