Member Facilities Tab
The Member Facilities tab displays the geographic service areas tied to the organization. These areas are drawn as polygons, lines, or points, and are shown on a map.
The facilities here represent the active version being used in the system’s member look-up process during ticket entry. This means that when a ticket is created, the system compares the excavation location against these polygons to determine if the organization should receive notification.
Keeping this tab up to date is critical for accurate ticket routing and ensuring excavators and members are properly notified.
