Organization Details

When you click into an organization from the list view, you’re taken to its profile page. This page consolidates everything about that entity: identity, service areas, delivery rules, and key contacts. It’s broken into several tabs across the top: Organization Details, Member Facilities, Member Codes and Delivery, Contacts.

Organization Details Tab

This tab holds the core identity information for the organization. Here you’ll find:

• Organization Type – Defines the role: Member, Excavator, Contractor (or a combination).
• EIN – Optional Employer Identification Number, with a toggle to display it.
• Organization Name – The full legal or operational name.
• Moniker – A shorthand code or abbreviation used across the system.
• Company Email & Phone – Main communication details.
• Address, City, State, Country, ZIP – Physical location information.

These fields ensure the system recognizes and categorizes the organization correctly for ticket routing, facility management, and delivery configuration.
