Organization Linking

For any caller type other than homeowner, CENTER LOGiX checks if the related organization already exists in the database:

  • If the organization exists – It is linked directly to the caller and the ticket.
  • If the organization does not exist – A new organization record is automatically created.

This ensures that every ticket is associated with an organization when applicable, and that organizational records stay complete and current.
