How to Login/Sign in LOCATOR LOGiX

User Authentication 

The user authentication includes the primary sign-in process for users with valid user credentials, the forgot and reset password options, and validation when a user provides invalid user credentials. 

Selecting the correct Time Zone 

The locator Logix portal is broken down into different timezones. Please ensure that you’re selecting the appropriate time zone for your location when signing in. Below are the options along with URLs. 

• Eastern Time Zone: https://east.locatorlogix.com/
• Central Time Zone: https://central.locatorlogix.com/
• Mounatin Time Zone: https://mountain.locatorlogix.com/
• Pacific Time Zone: https://west.locatorlogix.com/

Sign-in

Users with a valid username and password authenticate into the system by entering a valid username and password.  

1. Usernames and email addresses used for authentication are not case sensitive
2. Password are masked by default when entered but may be displayed by users if needed
3. Unregistered users whose log in credentials have expired or are invalid will not be able to authenticate 

After a username and password are entered the sign in button must be selected to complete the sign-in process
