LOCATOR LOGiX - Features and Functionality

  • What features can I expect to see in LOCATOR LOGiX?

    • Modern and user-friendly platform

    • Compatibility with mobile devices and iPads

    • Ticket Routing Feature: Arrange tickets in a specific order for easy locating

    • Alert Setup: Activate notifications through email, SMS/text, and in-app alerts

    • Shapefile Upload: Easily upload your map layers

    • Offline Mode: Automatically syncs with the ticket database when within network range


  • Can LOCATOR LOGiX be used offline?

    • Yes! Users can go offline at any time and still access tickets. Tickets must be added to the user clipboard tab to be accessible offline.


  • Can I receive SMS/text alerts for incoming tickets?

    • Yes! Users can enable SMS/text alerts for incoming tickets. Alerts can be enabled for all tickets or based on ticket priority, type, and category.


  • What automations do you currently have? 

    • Users in the director or admin role will be able to create automation rules to automatically respond to tickets or automatically assign tickets based on a set of defined criteria or geographic locations.


  • How do I use the ticket routing feature?

    • Locators are now able to plan ahead and take the most efficient route by using the Locator LOGiX routing feature! To route tickets, the ticket must be manually added to the user’s ‘clipboard’. Once tickets are manually added, they may be routed. Any new tickets received must be added manually to route them.


  • How can I receive notifications for Emergency Tickets?

    • Yes! Users can enable notifications for emergency tickets. Alerts can be displayed on the tickets screen, sent via email, SMS/text, or enabled with an in-app alarm sound.


  • How do I configure LOCATOR LOGiX to send tickets, end-of-day audits, and system messages to a different email?

    • Users can create supplemental message rules to enable tickets, end-of-day audits, and system messages to be sent to a specific email or through SMS/text. You may also select specific days or times to receive notifications.


  • Can I have my tickets reassigned to another locator if I am on vacation?

    • Yes! Users can specify an Alternate Locator to receive assigned tickets when this locator is either On Auto-Assign Hold, has reached their Assigned Ticket Limit, or if they are on Vacation.


  • Can I upload images? Who has access to those images?

    • Images may be uploaded as a file or added from a mobile device. Images are referencable but not transmitted with the response. 


  • Will I be able to run reports?

    • Yes! LOCATOR LOGIX offers robust reporting including system status, end-of-day reports, tickets due, responses waiting to be sent, and many more!


  • Can I add additional member codes if I need to add another facility type to my account?

    • Yes! You may add additional member codes at any time. There is no extra cost for adding additional member codes once you are live.


  • Do you support Single Sign on authentication?

    • Yes! We currently support Microsoft SSO.
