What is DiG LOGiX?
DiG LOGiX empowers excavators, engineers, and designers with comprehensive tools to efficiently manage their excavation projects and track positive response statuses in real-time. From creating and submitting tickets to monitoring responses from utility operators, this application provides excavators with visibility and control over their excavation activities.

What does the free plan include?
This plan offers a comprehensive solution for ticket creation, management, and company administration. It includes features like address suggestions, various geocoding options, a single 811 center, subscription and user management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) opt-out, a ticket dashboard, positive response status, notifications, work area polygon views, and attachment and image storage (up to 250GB).
What devices can I use the software on?
The software can be used on any device type, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Do I need to download anything to use the software?
No installation or downloading required, our software is accessed through a web browser on any device.
Will my DiG LOGiX account show tickets I've called in or submitted online?
Yes, your DiG LOGiX account will show tickets you've called in or entered online through the 811 Center’s online tool, as long as the email matches your DiG LOGiX account email.
Can I submit tickets from different states on the same tool?
Yes, DiG LOGiX supports multi-state ticket submissions. You can use the same tool to submit tickets regardless of the state. DiG LOGiX adapts to various state-specific regulations.
Can I import past tickets?
No, we do not import past tickets into your DiG LOGiX account. However, you can update previous tickets and these will show as new tickets in DiG LOGiX.
Will DiG LOGiX update ticket responses if they change?
Yes, DiG LOGiX tracks ticket response history and shows the latest updates.
Can I receive reminders when my scheduled ticket has been released?
Yes, DiG LOGiX can send you reminders when scheduled tickets are submitted. DiG LOGiX has built in notification sets in addition to what the 811 center sends.
Can locators see the attachments I upload to a ticket?
Not currently, but this feature is coming very soon! Once available, locators will be able to view any attachments you upload to a ticket.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time if you find you need additional functionality. Please reach out to info@norfielddp.com to find what plan works best for you. Subscriptions are annual.
