  • How is Pricing based?
    • Our pricing model is based on your annual ticket volume, not per seat license or the number of users you have. Visit us at LOCATOR LOGiX to receive a quote!
  • Are there any additional hidden fees?
    • We do not charge any additional fees throughout the year, we assess your ticket count on an annual basis to determine accurate pricing. 
  • How do I receive access to a LOCATOR LOGiX account?
    • Your client engagement manager will provide the primary account holder with login credentials and early access to your LOCATOR LOGiX account before going live.
  • Is there installation required?
    • LOCATOR LOGiX is a web application and is accessed through a browser so there is no installation required. 
  • What browsers support LOCATOR LOGiX?
    • We support the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.
  • Is LOCATOR LOGiX mobile/tablet compatible?
    • Yes! LOCATOR LOGiX is a responsive web app, so it will adapt to your screen size seamlessly if using a laptop, desktop, tablet, iPad, or your mobile device.
  • What should I do if I forget my username/password?
    • Use the password reset button on your sign in page and enter your email to request a password reset. To access your username reach out to support@norfielddp.com for assistance.
