Viewing Version History
Each facility upload is tracked in version history. To view history:
- Select the History option.
- Enter a member code and click Get History.
- The version list displays details such as: Status, Code, Version, File Name, Start/Finish timestamps, Simplification, Buffer, and whether it was added or replaced.
- Optional filters allow you to narrow by start date/time.
This history view helps staff understand how a member’s notification area has evolved and ensures accurate records are maintained.
